The Celtic Arts “Standing Stones” Capital Campaign
We did it!
The Board of Directors of CAF passed a resolution at their June 2012 Board Meeting to secure a permanent home for the CAF and to launch a capital campaign to raise $200,000 for the purchase of our new office location. Thanks to over one hundred passionate supporters, we reached our goal! The result? The Celtic Arts Foundation now owns (outright) its own office building!
Next Steps
You can still help us with this exciting project! The next step is to further consult with architects and builders to come up with a solid plan for remodeling the existing structure. Currently, the building is a house which will be redesigned to function as an office suitable for 5 staff. To help us economize during the remodel phase, we are asking for volunteers to assist with demolition. It’s a huge undertaking, but should be fun to do together as a team! The projected time frame for demolition is sometime in the first part of 2013. (We’ll post more specific dates as we flesh out the details.)
