12/9/2012 – The CAF, members, supporters and friends all CELEBRATE at the Skagit River Brewing Company with a fun-filled afternoon of food, music, dance and community!
12/5/2012 – Thanks to over 100 supporters, the CAF completes it’s Standing Stones Capital Campaign and raises $200,000 for the purchase of a new office building!
11/27/2012 – The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) announced Celtic Arts Foundation grant award for $20,000. Here is the NEA Press Release on the grant award.
11/1/2012 – We are at 85% of our fundraising goal! Come join us on Thursday, November 15th, at Skagit Station, in Mount Vernon, from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm for cake, coffee, tea and an explanation of our new Celtic Cultural Center design plans, presented by HKP Architects.
10/1/2012 – The Celtic Arts Foundation closes on its first office building, in downtown Mount Vernon, WA.
10/4-7/2012 – The second annual Autumn Smallpipes Workshop was held at The Firs retreat center in Bellingham, featuring instructors, Fred Morrison and EJ Jones.
07/14-15/2012 – Our 18th annual Skagit Valley Highland Games were a huge hit! Over 10,000 people came and celebrated with us. We launched our Standing Stone Capital Campaign over the weekend!
06/10/2012 – Jenny’s Scottish Ale tapped in preparation for the Skagit Valley Highland Games.
05/07/2012 – The CAF booth will be at the Bellingham Highland Games (June 2nd and 3rd). Stop by and say hello!

02/4/2012 – 02/15/2012 – Celtic Arts Winter Schools, Session One for smallpipers and fiddlers and Session Two, for Highland pipers and drummers, were held at Seabeck Conference Center, in Seabeck, WA.

01/28/2012 – The CAF holds its first Theo Chocolate and Scotch pairing event in Ballard, WA.
01/06/2012 – The CAF had great attendance at the Annual General Meeting in Mount Vernon, WA. The Foundation is strong and growing with lots of great support from our members!
