Parking and Transportation

Where do I park?

There are several places to park within walking distance of the fairgrounds. Please note there will be no parking inside the Fairgrounds at the South Lot.

If you are able to find street parking nearby, please make sure not to block any driveways or parking reserved for residents.

Paid Parking

We are grateful to the many volunteers who are helping direct and manage parking!

Senior Activity Center – 1401 Cleveland Ave (corner of Cleveland and Hazel)

  • Hours: Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 8am-5pm
  • Suggested donation - $5 per car, cash only, benefiting the Senior Center
  • Do not park along the designated baseball field parking along the 3rd base/left field side of Sherman Anderson field as there are games on July 13-14.
  • 2-minute walk to Highland Games North Gate on Virginia St.
  • ADA Parking available

2001 Cleveland Avenue Lot (corner of Cleveland and W. Blackburn)

  • Hours: Saturday 8:30am-5pm and Sunday 8:30am-5pm
  • $5 per car, cash or card accepted, benefiting MV High School Music Booster Club
  • 5-minute walk to Highland Games South Gate on Taylor St.

First Christian Reformed Church - 701 Blackburn Rd.

  • Hours: Saturday, July 13th 9am-5pm (no Sunday)
  • Cost: $5 suggested donation (cash only please) benefiting La Conner Boys' Basketball
  • 5-minute walk to the Highland Games South Gate on Taylor St.
  • No parking here on Sunday

Free Parking (ADA Accessible)

Downtown Parking Lot & Shuttle – 121 Broadway St. (just south of Kincaid)

  • Hours: Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 10am-5pm
  • Free to park and ride the shuttle
  • 5-minute shuttle ride to Highland Games North Gate on Virginia St.
  • Shuttle is ADA Accessible
  • Anyone can take the shuttle

Park & Rides

Bus Route 202 stops right in front of the Highland Games!

- Southbound stop #1282 on Cleveland Ave. a 2-minute walk from the Highland Games North Gate on Virginia St.

- Northbound stop #1214 on Vera and 2nd St. a 4-minute walk from the Highland Games North Gate on Virginia St.

Park and ride for $1 (adult) or $0.50 (65 and over, veterans, people with a disability) and free for (18 and under) from either of these locations:

#1 on Map - Skagit Transit Center parking lot at Skagit Station 105 East Kincaid Street

#3 on Map - South Mount Vernon Park and Ride at Old Hwy 99 South and Hickox Road
